All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. MANIFESTO JEWELRY is not responsible for any additional fee's associated with your purchase. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. All international deliveries require a signature. If the recipient is not available for a signature upon arrival or the recipient fails to pay the remaining taxes and duties resulting in the package being returned back to MANIFESTO JEWELRY, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping fee. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or customs related issues.
On-Line Return Policy
MANIFESTO JEWELRY will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 5 days of shipment received by customer. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account once has been received by MANIFESTO JEWELRY. Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email.
Items purchased online thru websites other than manifestojewelry.com may not be exchanged or returned through manifestojewelry.com
Refused Shipments
If a package from MANIFESTO JEWELRY is refused, or the recipient declines to pay import fees and taxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to the USA.
Processing and Delivery Times
While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of the piece been finished, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.
